April 22, 2019: Proposed CMS interoperability regulations will create new opportunities and potentially new challenges for Medicaid programs and their partners. On the one hand, increased access to patient health and claims records will unlock new business avenues for HT4M companies. But the timelines are tight and the requirements are complex.
